All parents of players 7-12 are required to volunteer. Let's work together to make this season great for the boys.
SOCCERFEST:
Each parent is responsible to sign up for one 1.5 hour shift throughout the day and players to sign up to be ball boys during 1 game. We have 62 parent time slots and 28 player time slots to fill and over 70 players, so when the slots are full, reach out to Heidi Scarsella at [email protected] for additional opportunities to help.

Restaurant Night Fundraisers
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR THE 2024-25 season
Call different restaurants to check availability for a fundraiser night. Speak with the manager.
Confirm the information:
Date
Hours to order between (if they specify)
How much will the soccer boosters make?
How and when will you pick up the money that we earn?
Any additional information the manager has for us
Leave your name and contact information for the manager.
Relay the above information to the communications person on the board.

Communicate the details with the rest of the parents so they are aware and everyone can share the flyer when it has been created.
Follow up with the restaurant manager a night or two before the event to confirm details.

Car Wash Fundraisers
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR THE 2024-25 season
These are easy events to raise money. They do require some planning, and team members and parents to be there the day of the event.
Call local businesses/restaurants to see if they will host the car wash and what dates are available.
- During the 2023-24 Season, one was hosted at Mike and Tony's
Confirm that there is no charge to hold the carwash there.
Ask if they have a hose(s) available and an outdoor hook-up.
Once you have a few dates/places to pick from, contact the current boosters to make sure the dates work, and that we can secure enough volunteers.
Confirm the date and time with the business/restaurant. Usually car washes are 3 - 4 hours in length. Leave your name and contact information with the manager.
Communicate with the team and create a Sign-Up genius with the following information:
Volunteers to set up
Volunteers to wash cars
People to bring buckets, sponges, towels, and soap.
Volunteers to clean up
Relay the above information to the board email (Communications person will create the flyer and arrange for it to be shared on Peachjar and social media)
Communicate the final details with the parents on the sign up genius so they are aware and everyone can share the flyer when it has been created.
Create posters for the day of the event for kids to hold to advertise to drivers as they pass by the car wash. Make sure NH Boys Soccer is clearly visible so they know who we are. Heidi Marie Scarsella has some in storage.
Coordinate with the treasurer to have a cash box and some change ready. Typically there is no set charge, just a donation.
Follow up with the business/restaurant manager a day or two before the event to confirm details.
Remind the families a day or two in advance.
